Martin has an extensive background in corporate agriculture providing support to farms, from small to large businesses.

Martin was responsible for implementing robust practices and systems to ensure high physical and financial performance and supporting managers and farm staff. Martin has been involved in managing several large farm development projects, a livestock trading farm and is a specialist in calf rearing.  

Martin is also experienced in Business Development, working in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was involved in seeking and creating new business opportunities, building and supporting long-term relationships, and creating and implementing international strategy.   
 
Martin’s role at AbacusBio is to support the delivery of industry-leading initiatives across the primary food supply chain both domestically and globally.
