Brooke Stringer joined the team in February 2026 as Executive Assistant and Contracts Advisor. She brings over 15 years of administration experience across professional services, including roles within local law firms and as a trusted Personal Assistant to senior leadership teams. Her background has given her a strong foundation in governance support, contracts coordination, and executive-level administration.
In her day-to-day role, she provides comprehensive support to the leadership team, ensuring calendars, travel, meetings, and communications run seamlessly. As Contracts Advisor, she assists with preparing, reviewing, coordinating, and tracking contracts, helping to keep projects moving while ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and well-managed. She thrives on bringing structure to busy environments and keeping multiple priorities aligned behind the scenes.
At AbacusBio, her focus as Executive Assistant is simple: make life easier for the team so they can focus on delivering great work. She takes pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and one step ahead — ensuring both people and processes are well supported.
Highlights from her previous roles include supporting partners and senior leaders through complex project cycles, streamlining administrative systems to improve efficiency, coordinating high-level meetings and board and committee documentation, and acting as a key liaison between leadership, clients, and external stakeholders. She is known for her discretion, reliability, and calm approach under pressure.
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters, making the most of family adventures and the busy, joyful season of life that comes with them.
