Rich is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an experienced executive, director and trustee.

Rich is a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in London and New York, where his roles included leading Global Commodities trading – a business that spanned the globe and included energy, metals, agriculture and carbon emissions units.  Since then, Rich has been CFO for a fast-growing US-based Fintech that included rapid scaling of product, people and revenues as well as three rounds of investment.  Rich is Chair of Ambition Institute, a charity providing professional development to educators serving children from disadvantaged backgrounds to keep getting better.  He has experience of governance in schools as a current Trustee of The Athelstan Trust and formerly a school governor for three local primary schools.  Rich is a consultant and advisor for a range of businesses in commodities, energy and fintech.

Rich is married with two daughters and a spaniel, living in rural Wiltshire.  He holds an MA from Cambridge University in Mathematics and Management Studies.
